JOB INFORMATION
SPFA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with bookkeeping, human resources administration and support our other programs.
This is a part-time, work-from-home position reporting to the Executive Director.  From April to September, the workload will be approximately 10-15 hours per week and from October through March, approximately 20-30 hours per week. 
Pay will range from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Typical bookkeeping tasks including AR and AP activities and financial recordkeeping
  • Administrative tasks for HR, including processing bi-weekly payroll and benefits program
  • Assist staff with preparation of reports, distributing correspondence as needed to support SprayFoam Convention and Expo, Professional Certification Program and Membership programs

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a work-at-home setting
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Resourcefulness
  • Editing and proofreading
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Computer experience with the following
    • Quickbooks Online*
    • Microsoft Office*
    • Adobe Acrobat
    • Online meeting (GoTo), mass email (ConstantContact) and surveys (Survey Monkey) experience
    • Social Media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
    • Willing to learn Adobe Illustrator and website administration
